on FRIDAY, September 22 at 10.00 a.m.

At conclusion of Service the Cortege

will proceed to Salisbury Memorial Park

for Committal.

In lieu of flowers a memorial donation to the

Modbury Hospital Palliative Care Unit

would be appreciated by the family.
