MONDAY, May 13 at 1.30 p.m.

At conclusion of Service the

Cortege will proceed to

Cheltenham Cemetery

for Committal.

Visitation will be held in the

above Chapel prior to the Service at 1.00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers a memorial

donation to the Hospital Research Foundation (Dementia)
