Of Maryborough. Passed away peacefully at home on October 31, 2018, aged 63 years. Loved husband of Denise. Much loved father and father-in-law of Danyell and Adrian, Dane, Jacinta and Gary, and Meagan. Loving grandpa to Jhi, Callum, Ethyn and Seth, Olivia, Jessica and Harrison. Loved son-in-law, brother, brother-in-law, uncle and mate. "Riding Free" Family and friends of Jack are invited to attend his funeral service to be held in the Heritage Chapel, Maryborough Crematorium, Bruce Highway on Monday, November 5 at 1pm, followed by interment in the Maryborough Garden of Rest Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to Robbie Kerr Motorcycle Awareness or Palliative Care would be appreciated.
