Adored Grandma of Natalie, Dale, Ben, Branden, Xavier, Joochahn, Rhea and Cheska. Family and Friends are invited to attend a Service of Thanksgiving for Patricia's life at 10:30am on Wednesday, 29th May 2019 at St Mary's Catholic Church, Elizabeth Street, Ipswich. Private cremation.
