Late of St James Village, Heatley. Elsie passed away peacefully at Townsville University Hospital on Tuesday 26th July, 2022. Much loved Wife of William (Bill) (deceased), and Leonard (deceased), Mother and Mother-in-Law of Lynette (deceased) and Wayne Burrows, Jennifer and Ken Belgrove, Grandmother of Mandy Delahoy, Damien and Sandra Burrows, Brooke and Paul Elliot, Ryan and Janet Belgrove, Kristy and Adam Coward, Great Grandmother of India, Tasmin, Caitlin, Matthew, Grace, William, Patrick, Ava, Connor, Flynn, Lacey, Henry, Lara and Lincoln, Step Mum to Albert and Noreen Prince and Bev Giraud and Families. Life Member of Townsville Senior Citizens Welfare Association, and dear Neighbour to St James Village Residents.
