Rachel Angela Ruzicka

Passed away peacefully at Warwick Hospital on the 22nd January 2019. Beloved wife of Dieter. Loved and loving Mum to Peter, Robbie and Tony. Much loved Grandma. Forever in our hearts. We would like to thank the staff at both the Warwick Hospital and Allora Medical Centre for their efforts during Rachel’s time of need. Privately cremated. Family and friends are invited to attend a farewell for Rachel to be held at the Jehovah’s Witnesses Kingdom Hall, 30 Murphy St, Warwick on Tuesday 29th January 2019 commencing at 11am.
