Aged 63 years.Husband of Ann Maree (nee Callinan). Father of Damian, Paul, Louisa and Matt. Brother of Mary-Ellen, Margaret, Anne, Therese, Paula, Jim and Peter.An incredible man, a great doctor, a loving father and husband - we will miss you so much Pat.Pat's funeral service will be held at the Calvary Memorial Church, Santa Monica Road, Miami on Friday 14th February 2014 at 10 a.m.
