Family and friends are warmly invited to a Service of Commemoration for Patricia’s Life, to be held on Thursday, 2nd May, 2024 in the South Chapel, Northern Suburbs Crematorium, 199 Delhi Road, North Ryde
commencing at 2:00pm.
