Most dearly loved mother & mother in law of Alton & Ellen Sands, Bradley Sands & Mona Sands, loved grandmother of Livvy & Keisha, loved sister of Gladys, Dallas, Carmen, Bobby, Martin, Albert & Cadmus (all dec’d), Clarrie, Aileen, & Eric, loved ister in law & aunt of their families. Due to COVID-19 Restrictions on Funeral Numbers Rhonda’s family will be extending an invitation to mourners to attend her Funeral Service.
