Son of Francis Edward Rivers 2nd (dec) and Kathleen Rivers (Bolton) (dec), Brother to Heather Mary Volker (Rivers) (dec), Francis Edward Rivers 3rd (dec). Brother-in-law to John George Volker (dec), and Mavis Grace Rivers (Neiht) (dec). Uncle to Pauline Webb (Rivers) & Lesley Rivers (dec).
