Remembering Quincy Jones: the legendary music icon, producer, and philanthropist whose profound influence spanned over seven decades and inspired generations.
Brenda was a beloved mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother.
She was also a wonderful and accomplished teacher of Geography, and helped shape the Matriculation curriculum in South Australia. As a sportsperson she represented Tasmanian in Croquet, played hockey, golf and other sports.
Brenda had a rich and eventful life. She was born in the United Kingdom, survived the war, went to University, got married to Glyn, went to Nigeria where she taught at Queens College and then emigrated to Australia with her husband and four children. Once in Adelaide she taught at Woodlands CEGGS for many years. She and Glyn then moved to Hobart where she became a leading figure in the Tasmanian Croquet Association.
A Celebration of her life of a will take place at
2pm on Monday 8 May 2023
Le Pine Funerals, 741 High Street, East Kew Victoria.

The celebration will be available for streaming for a period of two months.
