Loving Nanna to Alex, Trent, Ryan, Monique, Brodie and Cassie.

Great Grandmother to Ceinwyn, Maciah, Chase and Sophia.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service to Celebrate Pat’s Life, to be held at the Gregson and Weight Chapel, 159 Wises Road Buderim on Friday 10th January 2020 commencing at 1.00pm.
