A service of thanksgiving for the life, love and friendship of Kate will be held in the North Chapel,

Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Camden Valley Way, Leppington on Friday 10th November 2023 commencing at 10am. At the conclusion of the service, Kate will be laid to rest in the adjoining Cemetery grounds.
