The FAMILY and FRIENDS of RUTH PORTER 
are advised that her Funeral Service will be celebrated 
in the Blackwell Funerals Chapel, 71 Prospect Road, Prospect 
on WEDNESDAY, May 01, 2019 commencing at 1.30 p.m. 

Following refreshments in the Lounge, we will proceed 
to the Dudley Park Cemetery, 80 Exeter Terrace, for the Committal. 

In lieu of flowers, a donation in Ruth's memory 
may be forwarded to Dementia Australia. 
Envelopes will be available at the Chapel.
