 Late of Kingaroy, passed away Saturday 13th October 2018. Aged 95 years Loving wife of Dave (dec’d). Adored mother of Peter, Marilyn, Diane, Doug (dec’d) and Noel. Cherished and adored Granny, Great-granny, Great-great granny and much-loved mother-in-law to their families. Family and friends are invited to attend Hazel’s Funeral Service to be held in St John’s Lutheran Church, Markwell Street Kingaroy, Monday 29th October 2018 at 11am. To be followed by interment within the Tabbinga Cemetery at 1:30pm.
