Late of Annandale. Sam passed away peacefully at home on Sunday 12th January, 2020. Dearly loved Daughter of Corrie and Tim. Loved Sister, Sister-in-Law and Aunt of Chloe and Rohan and Family, and Jake. Much Loved Granddaughter of Doll and Gerry Miles.

All Relatives and Friends are respectfully invited to attend SAM'S FUNERAL SERVICE which will commence at 10.00 a.m. TUESDAY MORNING 21st January, 2020 at the Lakes Chapel, Morleys Funeral Home, Cnr. Hugh Street and Martinez Avenue, Townsville. The cortege will proceed to the Woongarra Crematorium Chapel.
