on MONDAY, November 4 at 1.30 p.m.

At conclusion of Liturgy the Cortege

will proceed to Cheltenham Cemetery

for Committal.

In lieu of flowers a memorial donation to the Society of

St Hilarion Aged Care would be appreciated by the family.
