Loving Father and Father-in-law of Maree and Michael, John and Chrystalla, Peter and Anita, and Paul and Tina. Adored Granddad of Rebecca, and John Patrick; Maddison; William, Renee, Jordyn, and Sam; Emma, and Sophie.

Family and friends are warmly invited to attend a Requiem Mass to Celebrate Jack’s life to be held at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 4 Goodwood Street, Toowoomba commencing at 11.00am on Tuesday, 11 June 2019 then proceeding to the Garden of Remembrance Cemetery, 1001 Ruthven Street (South).
