THE RELATIVES and FRIENDS of Mr. TOM SECCAFIEN are respectfully informed that his Funeral Service will be held on TUESDAY, August 21, 2018
in the Middleton Pioneer Hall, corner of Thomas Street and Walker Place, Middleton
at 11.00a.m.

Following light refreshments Tom's burial will take place at North Brighton Cemetery, King George Avenue at 2.45p.m. for those that wish to attend.

In lieu of flowers a donation to Cancer Council SA would be appreciated. Envelopes will be available at the Service.
