Late of Warwick, passed away on 23rd January 2019, aged 85 years. Beloved Wife of Herb (dec’d). Loved Mother and Mother-in-law of Beryl and Don; Norm and Shelly. Loving Grandmother of 5 and Great-Grandmother of 8. Loved Sister of Charlie (dec’d), Joan, Beryl and Gloria (dec’d). Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Hazel’s funeral, to be held Graveside at the Warwick Lawn Cemetery, Lancaster Street, Warwick, service commencing at 10.00am, Friday 1st February, 2019.
