Late of Pratten, passed away peacefully 9th August 2019 aged 54 years.

Beloved Wife of Graham. Dearly loved Mother of Stacey and Anne. Loved Sister of Dennis, Leslie (dec’d), Debbie (dec’d) Stacey (dec’d), Peter, Prudence, and Justin. Loving Daughter of Priscilla and Norman (dec’d).

Family and friends are warmly invited to attend a celebration of Kate’s life, to be held at the Warwick Funerals Chapel, 48 Willi Street, Warwick, service commencing at 2:00pm Friday 16th August 2019. Service complete in the chapel.
