Loving mother of Kerrie and Bruce, and Warren and Audrey.
Loving grandfather of Leigh and her partner Moe, Anna and Natasha and dear great grandfather of Travis and Nikela.

Geoff's family wish to sincerely thank Dr Hans Blom and all the dedicated staff at Warnervale Gardens for the kindness, love and care shown to Geoff.
