Late of Toogoom. Passed away peacefully at The Waterford, Hervey Bay on 11th October 2018. Aged 89 years. Much loved husband of Robin (dec'd). Dearly loved father of William John (dec'd). "Together Again" Family and friends of Jack are invited to attend his funeral service to be held at Fraser Coast Crematorium and Bayside Memorial Gardens, Hervey Bay on Thursday, 25th October 2018 commencing at 2:00 pm.
