Late of Castle Hill and formerly of Toowoomba, Carlingford, Canberra, Melbourne, Hobart, Seven Mile Beach, and Wondai, passed away peacefully at Castle Hill, New South Wales, on 21st April 2024. Aged 85 Years.
Dearly beloved and devoted husband of Judith Helen Shipway (nee Watchorn) and much loved brother of Lesley Joyce Campbell (nee Shipway, nee Rainey). Dearly loved Father of William Huon, John Fredrick and Donald James Shipway of Sydney. Loving Grandad to Amy, Andrew, Alex, Harry and James Shipway of Sydney and Uncle to Jim and Joe Rainey of Lenior, North Carolina, USA.
He will be greatly missed by his family, friends and many others whose lives he touched during his years upon this earth.
Remembered by all for a life well lived, dedicated to his family and a love for those around him.
Jim’s funeral service will be held at St James’ Chapel, Hillard Drive, Castle Hill 2154 on Friday, 10 May 2024 at 11.00am.
