Beloved Daughter of Stephen Russell and Jessie-Ellen Lowth (both deceased). Loving Sister of Joan (Sr Mary Philomena) and to Brothers Larry, Stephen, Jim, John and Pat (all deceased). Loved Sister-in-Law of Margaret and Lesley Lowth. Loved Aunt to their families and loved Cousin.
