SMITH, David John “Dave”

Late of Toowoomba and formerly of Maclagan, passed away peacefully on 16th February 2019, aged 79 years.

Beloved Husband of Valerie (dec’d). Loved Father and Father-in-law of David (dec’d), Ray and Roma, Wayne and Karen, Jennifer, Nicole and Darryl Hayward, and Melissa. Poppy and Great Poppy of their respective families.

Family and friends are warmly invited to attend David’s funeral, to be held at the T.S. Burstow Chapel, 1020 Ruthven Street (south), Toowoomba, service commencing at 2:30pm, Monday, 25th February 2019.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Prostate Cancer Foundation, gift envelopes available at the chapel.
