The family and friends of the late MR FREDERICK LAURENCE SMITH are invited to assemble for his Funeral Service on TUESDAY, July 9th at 1.00 p.m. Wattle Room 1, Enfield Memorial Park (Evergreen Community Precinct), Clearview.

In lieu of floral tributes, Fred requested donations to the Childhood Cancer Association who so lovingly cared for his grandson during his treatment and survival journey. Envelopes will be available at the service.

A celebration of Fred's life will be hosted by his family at Jack's Café, Unley Road from 3:30pm after the service. We invite everyone to wear their favourite footy colours to honour Fred's great love of AFL.
