Relatives and friends of John are respectfully invited to attend his Cremation Service to be held on Friday 13th December, 2019 at 2pm at the Ian Phillips Crematorium Chapel, Malin Road, Sarina. No flowers by family request. Donation in lieu the CQRescue. Envelopes available at Chapel entrance.
