Beloved wife of Captain Tom (dec’d). Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Geoff & Sue Smith, Elizabeth & Peter Burke, and Peter & Robin Smith. Adored grandmother of Julia, Sam, Hannah, Bridget, & Sally Smith, Geraldine Behns & Michael Burke, Thomas & Becky Smith. Cherished great-grandmother to Tommy & George Smith, Oliver & Frederick Behns.

Family and friends of Pat are invited to attend a funeral Mass at Stella Maris Church, 254 Hedges Avenue, Broadbeach on Friday 10th November 2023 commencing at 10.30am.
