Passed away at Torbay Aged Care, Torquay, on 18th December 2018, aged 91 years. Beloved husband of Norma (dec'd); much loved father and father-in-law of Carolyn Peaker, Meryl and Trevor Fairbrother, Ken Speare, Julie and Mark Westlake; dearly loved Granddad of 9 and Great-Granddad of 18. Promoted to Glory A Service to Celebrate Frank's Life will be held at the Church of Christ, 27 Neils Street, Pialba, on Thursday, 27th December, at 11am, followed by the interment at Polson Garden of Rest Cemetery, Point Vernon. No flowers by request, in lieu donations to Gideons International would be preferred.
