Late of Yugar, formerly of Keperra, Passed away peacefully on Friday 12th November 2021, aged 48 years.

Dearly loved wife of Simon Stephens. Beloved mother of James, Lauren and Sydney. Beloved daughter of Alan Smith (Dec'd) and Coral Smith. Family and friends are invited to attend Janet's funeral service to be held at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Cnr of Camp Mountain and Samford Roads, Samford on Monday 22nd November 2021 at 10am. Forever loved & cherished. Never forgotten.
