SZEPANOWSKI, John Dennis "Jack"

Late of BUPA Glenvale and formerly of Dysart, Ipswich and Kulpi, passed away peacefully on 18th December 2024, aged 78 years.

Beloved Father of Chris, Sandra and Todd. Dearly loved Grandfather, Great-Grandfather, Father-in-law, Brother, Brother-in-law, Uncle, Cousin and a Great Mate to many.

Family and friends are warmly invited to attend a celebration of Jack's life, to be held graveside at the Evergreen Cemetery, 173 Peranga Back Road, Evergreen, service commencing at 11:30am, Friday, 3rd January 2025.
