50 Oxford Terrace, Unley.

At conclusion of Service the Cortege

will proceed to Centennial Park Cemetery,

Orthodox B section.

In lieu of flowers a memorial donation

to the Hospital Research Foundation

(Flinders Medical Centre)

would be appreciated by the family.
