Passed away peacefully on the 28th January 2023

Aged 93 years

Much loved daughter of Alice and Edward, Sister to Errol and beloved sister and adventurer with Errola (all deceased).

Dearly loved cousin of Daphne Bomford (deceased), Len Goodman and Joyce and family Gail and John, Wayne and Kathy, Emily and Dan, Hannah and James. James, Liam and Tash, Melissa and Andy, Tara. Godmother to Dianne, Jennifer, Alexander (deceased), Christopher, Graham, Neil and Stuart.

Special friend to Andrew and faithful and generous friend and benefactor to many including her Church, the Anglican Diocese, Blue Nursing Service, Lioness Club Brisbane Central Branch and National IPSA.

Now at rest in peace with her lord.

A requiem mass to celebrate Joy's life will be held at Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Fortitude Valley on Wednesday 15 February 2023 commencing at 11.00am.

Please wear something colourful to honour Joy's positive zest for life.

A private burial will follow at Pinnaroo Lawn Cemetery at 3pm.
