The relatives and friends of Michael are kindly invited to attend his Funeral Service to be held on Friday 28th June, 2019 at St Paul’s Catholic Church Camden, commencing at 2pm.

Following the service the cortege will proceed to South Chapel Forest Lawn Crematorium Leppington.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made at time of service to the Garvan Institute of Medical Research.
