Suddenly lost to us on Australia Day 2020, in Dien Bien Phu, VIETNAM. Formerly of Mount Morgan, Blackwater, Rockhampton.
Deeply Loved Father of Chelsi, Roxanne and Rolley, and Father-in-Law of David, Brendan and Sheena. Deeply loved Grandad of Elise, Imogen, Matilda, Darcy, Nina, Saxon, Oscar, Aleska, Astrid, and the children of Vietnam. Loving husband of Lyndell Daniels for 28 years. Loving partner of Heather Cabus (Ba Tay), Dien Bien Phu. Loved brother of Jeff, Lyn, Wayne and their families. Son of Winifred Cynthia Tilden nee Lee (dec.)
Served with Royal Australian Artillery, 106 Field Battery 4th Field Regiment South Vietnam 1967-68, 111 Light Anti Aircraft Battery Indonesian Confrontation, Malaysia 1964-66.
Member of City Rugby Union Club, Founder of Blackwater Basilisks Rugby Union Club, Graduate of Central Queensland University, author, poet, playwright, humanitarian. Paul Harris Fellow of Rotary International.
Rest in Peace Dad, Grandad and Ong Tay.
