TIERNEY, Matthew James "Jimmy"

Formerly of Perseverance Street, Gympie. Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family at St. Vincent's Care, Gympie, 21st December 2024.

Aged 88 Years

Beloved Husband of Jean (dec'd). Dearly loved Father and Father-in-law of Peter & Treena, Glenn and Sharon. Much loved Poppy to Alex, Brooke, Rachel, Lachy and Great-Poppy of Archer, Grace, Camille, Charlie, Aoife and Lottie. Sadly missed Brother, Brother-in-law and Uncle.

Jimmy will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by all of his extended family and many friends.

Relatives and friends of Jimmy and family are respectfully invited to attend a Requiem Mass in Celebration and Thanksgiving for Jimmy's Life to be held in St Patrick's Catholic Church, Church Street, Gympie on Friday, 3rd January 2025 at 10.00am followed by a Committal Service at the Gympie Cemetery.
