VAN ANSEM, Sjaan Ineka Late of Forest Hill, passed away suddenly on 14th December 2018, aged 21 years. Dearly loved Daughter of Shane and Sandy. Much loved Sister of Alex and Brendan. Cherished Granddaughter, Niece, Cousin and Great Friend to many.
