Family and friends are invited to attend Jan's funeral service in Lakeview Chapel, Albany Creek Memorial Park, 400 Albany Creek Road, Bridgeman Downs, on Wednesday 31st August at 9.30am, followed by burial at Albany Creek Cemetery.
