Aged 92 years

Loving husband of Susanna Maria (dec'd); father and father-in-law of Hans and Anja, Tony and Evelyn, Jack and Aileen, Peter and Jan, and Paul; proud Opa of his many grandchildren.

Relatives, friends and the many carers who have been there for Jack are invited to attend a celebration of his life to be held in the Orana Chapel of J Kirk & Sons' Hervey Bay Crematorium, 224 Urraween Road, Urraween, on Friday, 17th December, at 2pm.
