Late of Toowoomba, passed away peacefully on 10th January 2025, aged 82 years.

Dearly loved Husband of Myra. Much loved Father and Father-in-law of Paul (dec'd), Mark and Julie; John and Abby. Cherished Grandad to Andrew, Teanne, Bianca and Mitchell. Great-Grandad Jack to Bella.

Family and friends are warmly invited to attend Jack's celebration of life, to be held at the T.S. Burstow Chapel, 1020 Ruthven Street (south), Toowoomba, service commencing at 12 Noon, Tuesday, 28th January 2025.
