On behalf of the Chief Officer and members of Tasmania Fire Service we are saddened by the passing of a
well respected member who dedicated 53 years of service to the Franklin Volunteer Fire Brigade and Tasmania Fire Service.
Theo was a passionate brigade member for his local community but also heavily involved as an official in the Tasmanian Fire Brigades Association Competitions (Urban Brigades) travelling the state assisting in the establishment and operation of timekeeping infrastructure for many years before the urban and country competitions were amalgamated.
Theo’s funeral service will be held at the Palais Theatre, Huon Highway, Franklin at 1100 Hrs on Saturday 4th May 2024.
