Late of Toowoomba, passed away peacefully on 1st November 2020, aged 100 years. 

Beloved Husband of Millicent. Dearly loved Father and Father-in-law of Merilyn and Ray Moor; Lorraine and John McNamara. Much loved Grampy to his 7 Grandchildren and 13 Great Granchildren. 

A Celebration of Vince's life will be held on Monday, 9th November 2020, in Toowoomba commencing at 9.30am.
