Dearly beloved husband of Elaine. Loving father of Perry and Lisa. Sadly missed by Michelle. Proud Papa to Luke, Michelle, Kieran, Libby and Jenna. Loved brother, brother-in-law and uncle. Cherished friend to many.

A Funeral Service will be held for Pat in the Frenchs Forest Cemetery Chapel, Hakea Ave, Davidson on Monday 17th June, 2019 at 10.30am. Heartfelt thanks to the Staff of Bayview Gardens.
