 30th November 2019 Surrounded by loved ones at the Bellingen Hospital. Late of Coramba. Formerly of Condobolin, and Penrith. Adored wife of Gerard. Number one mum of Clare and Ebony. Beloved daughter, sister and dear friend to all. Aged 43 years Chookas Relatives and friends are invited to attend Cate’s memorial service to be held on Friday, 6th December 2019 at 10:30am in the Auditorium at the Coffs Harbour C.EX Club. In lieu of floral tributes, donations to Bellingen Palliative Care Unit can be left at the club. Privately cremated.
