sadly passed away on October 3rd, 2019, aged 96 years. Late of Coffs Harbour (fisherman), South Grafton (Main Roads Department), Dalmorton (Wintervale, Bee Keeper/ Gold Prospector), returned to Coffs Harbour Jetty Caravan Park and later ending his time at The Whiddon Group Nursing Home, Maclean.Loving brother of Leslie Ball (dec'd) and half-brother to Barry Carrol (living in New Zealand), Ross Carrol (dec'd) and Henry Albert Ball (nee Leggo) (dec'd). Wally had no children, although referred to Raymond Eric Duffy, of Bunderberg, as "the closest to a son he ever had". Ray always referred to Wally as his "father" and loved him as such, as did all Ray's family. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Wally's Graveside funeral service, to be held at Clarence Lawn Cemetery, Armidale Road, South Grafton on TUESDAY (15th October, 2019), commencing at 10:00 am.
