Chapel, 1 Morphett Street,

Mount Barker, on Thursday,

27th June 2024, at 2-30pm.

Keith will be privately buried

prior to the memorial service.

If desired, in lieu of floral

tributes, a donation to the

Fred Hollows Foundation,

in memory of Keith, would

be greatly appreciated.
