Beloved wife of Douglas (Doug) Welch (Dec’d). Mother of Wayne, Brian (Dec’d), Jan & Sue-Ellen. Dearly beloved grandmother to Melissa, Jason & Sharon, Kelly & Daniel, Laura & Kristen & Brad. Great-grandmother to 14 great-grandchildren.

Family and friends are warmly invited to attend Joan’s Memorial service to be held on Friday 7th September 2018 at 12:00pm at Keating’s Funeral Chapel, 163 Oak St, Chinchilla QLD.
