Late of Toowoomba and formerly of Cooby Creek, passed away peacefully on the 24th March 2019, aged 95 years. Beloved Wife of Albert (dec’d). Dearly loved Mother and Mother-in-Law of Allan and Raylene Welke; and Elaine and Neville Scotney. Loving Grandma and Great Grandma to their respective families. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Joyce’s funeral, to be held at Christ Church Lutheran Church, 10519 New England Highway, Highfields, service commencing at 10.00am, Monday, 1st April 2019, followed by interment at Toowoomba Garden of Remembrance. “In God’s Care”
