Jack's family and friends are warmly invited to attend a Celebration of his Life to be held at Penrith Uniting Church, 15 Evan Street Penrith on Monday 2nd March, 2020 commencing at 10am, followed by a committal Service in the West Chapel of Pinegrove Crematorium, Kington Street, Minchinbury.
